Checking my Progress: Weeks 6 to 10

In weeks 1 to 5, I lost a total of 8 pounds and a few inches from my chest, waist and hips. You can see my last progress check here.

In weeks 6 to 10, I have experienced both triumph and disappointment. This time I knew how plateau felt and it brought me down. Luckily, I am the type of person that bounces right back. Maybe it is because of my "well-rounded" personality. LOL!

Anyway, here's my list of progress from weeks 6 to 10:

Week 5: 176 pounds (Reference)
Week 6: 176 pounds = lost 0 pound
Week 7: 174 pounds = lost 2 pounds
Week 8: 174 pounds = lost 0 pound
Week 9: 172 pounds = lost 2 pounds
Week 10: 169 pounds = lost 3 pounds

Total pounds lost in weeks 6-10: 7 pounds

Total pounds lost from day 1: 15 pounds

Vital stats reference (week 1): 39.5 - 39 - 42
Vital statistics from week 5: 39 - 37.5 -42
Vital statistics at week 10: 37.5 - 35.5 - 40

Total inches lost from day 1: 7.5 inches

Things are definitely looking up as my weight is going down.
Every pound lost is a step closer to my goal. I'm getting there...

  1. Congrats, dear! I myself just started to exercise. 2 days later, I've stopped again. I will definitely try to follow your footsteps and be more proactive!

    Fello n@wie here. Congratulations and keep un the good work. You're truly inspiring. I've been chubbese (chubby + obese) all my life and I will follow your lead one of these days. I wanna live healthier and longer to witness my son grow up, go to school, graduate, get married, and have kids.

  3. thanks maita and tintin! it only takes will power and it took me quite some time to muster enough will to push through with my weight loss program. But once you have enough will power, nothing can stop you!
